Daniil Medvedev advanced to the third round at Roland Garros on Thursday when he moved past Miomir Kecmanovic. The Russian won 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 in just over two hours.
Medvedev, the No. 2 seed, will face Grigor Dimitrov in the third round. Dimitrov, the No. 15 seed, advanced to the third round with a 6-3, 6-2, 6-2 win over Aslan Karatsev.
Medvedev and Dimitrov have met twice before, with Medvedev winning both matches. The two players last met in the semifinals of the 2022 Australian Open, with Medvedev winning in straight sets.
The match between Medvedev and Dimitrov is scheduled to start at 1000 PM on May 30th 2024 and will be broadcast live on Eurosport.
